Project Overview
ERPHealth is a med-tech startup specializing in outcoming tracking technologies for the behavioral health industry. Our goal was to position the company as a trusted leader in the industry by working across departments to ensure a cohesive brand image across various touchtouches.

This was a long term project which involved numerous smaller short-term projects that involved a lot of cross-departmental collaberation.
My Contributions
Role: Marketing Coordinator.

Team: This project was lead by ERPHealth's Chief Marketing Officer - an expert in the field of behavioral health marketing.

Project Objectives
  • Brand Development: Develop and maintain a distinctive and modern brand identity that reflects the company's innovative spirit, instills trust and reliability, and sets ERPHealth apart from competitors in the technology for behavioral health landscape.
  • Online and Print Asset Development: Design a wide range of digital assets and print collateral, including all marketing materials, social media graphics, presentations, swag items, and other branded elements, to maintain a consistent brand presence across various touchpoints.
Process
In support of our project objectives we developed and implemented the following practices:
  • Regular Brand Audits: Due to the nature of a startup, there were multiple privots in voice and messaging throughout the duration of my time on the team. It was therefore necessary to do regular brands audits both of the content that had already been put out (and updating where necessary), but also internally across departments to ensure the team had a good understanding of the brand at all times.
  • Integrated Marketing Communications: Throughout my time on this team I worked closely with leadership, sales, development, and customer success to develop materials and ensure that all communication efforts aligned with our brand messaging in order to maintain consistency across various platforms and touchpoints.
  • Centralized Brand Assets: To streamline operations and encourage consistency, I created a digital library of approved brand assets in various file types so that various departments creating and / or sharing content could easily access them at anytime. This system also included all brand and style guidelines. In addition, our team maintained a collection of printed assets and swag items.
Results & Impact
  • Enhanced Brand Perception: The new brand identity positioned ERPHealth as a forward-thinking and reliable healthcare technology provider, earning trust from both existing and potential clients.
  • Consistent Branding: A carefully contructed and implimented guideline for brand identity used throughout all online and print assets facilitated consistent brand messaging across various sales and marketing channels, fostering brand recognition and establishing voice.
  • Improved Online Presence: Visual consistency across website, social, email, webinars, whitepapers and other channels reinforced brand recognition across digital platforms.
In Conclusion: This rebranding and support of the rebrand through the creation of assets and collateral exemplifies the power of a thoughtful and well-executed brand strategy in elevating a startup's market presence. As the designer on this brand, I am proud to have been a part of this company's build team, and to have contributed to its success in the advancement of outcome tracking technologies in the behavioral health space.
